Do you want to know the easiest way to having more Personal Power?
I am incredibly passionate about Self Empowerment and Personal Power. Now I’m not talking about power as in the sense of physical power, although that’s good too, the kind of power I am talking about is being powerful in creating your own life the way you want it to be and knowing how to not self sabotage it.
Having Personal Power means that you know who you are, you accept your weaknesses and you know your strengths; you know how to deal with fear and you do not allow fear to hold you back from living your life. It means you know how to deal with mini and major traumas that have happened to you in the past (and may happen again in the future) so they do not devastate you forever and hamper with your happiness.
One of the places that Personal Power comes from, is from belief! Believing in yourself, believing that you can achieve, believing that you are worthy; believing that you are enough; believing you are entitled and deserving of happiness, money, love and a fulfilling relationship and life in general.
I believe that life is all about being joyfully content and when you are not content, it means that something is amiss; that you are living your life in a way that, deep down, does not suit you, nor is it something you desire. The way to happiness and fulfilment is through your emotions. Your emotions are your internal guidance system, your very own built-in GPS. When you know how to decipher them and learn how to use them, especially the ones that are seen as negative, life becomes a hell of a lot easier and a lot more fun.
I made this little video below quite a few years ago when I entered the field of teaching Emotional Intelligence, I thought I would share it with you today as it will give you a little more insight to emotions and emotional intelligence. Over the next three weeks I will be writing about how you can tap into your own personal power so that you can enjoy more happiness and satisfaction.
